About Precise Protect - now Tavistock Protect

Precise Protect was a Northern Ireland based insurance broker with advisers located throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland. In the years running up to the finalisation of the purchase by Tavistock, the company goal was to rapidly expand the adviser network and build the brand with consumers through the network.

Project scope

Initially brought in to help sell insurance through a call centre with enquiries driven by digital marketing, the scope changed to focus on, and support the adviser network. By providing marketing support to the agents we were able to leverage their networks and grow the business more sustainably. The project also included recruitment campaigns to bring more advisers into the network.
