Trade Advisory Network supports its clients to achieve their goals in the field of trade and supply chain finance. As recognised subject matter experts and practitioners, the consultancy team deliver training and are guest speakers at international supply chain finance events.
Project scope
A website makeover was commissioned with the goal of clearly showcasing the consultancy’s range of services and expertise while also reinforcing the values of ‘expertise’ and ‘quality’ to a discerning audience of SMEs, banks, fintechs, startups, corporates and trade organisations.

The Trade Advisory Network’s business development model is to gain business through speaking as industry experts at conferences, and through word-of-mouth referrals. The website was to serve as a platform to reinforce the consultants’ expertise and promote courses that they run through a industry body.
The website home page provides an overview of the two directors’ expertise, their advisory services and training education. Site visitors can then click to the relevant section to learn more. The website also showcases a selection of projects, events at which the directors are speaking and publications.
The design
Through the redesign, information was reorganised so that there was a meaningful customer journey through the website. Brand colours were used throughout with design elements inspired by Trade Advisory Network’s logo. Yellow was used in blocks and in photos chosen to lift the website from being deeply corporate. Animation was added through stock supply chain video, and also by using inbuilt features of the Wordpress Elementor builder.
While the website is not used to drive business for the consultancy (there is no contact form), it is an important reference for any prospective clients seeking to learn more about Trade Advisory Network
